BRODO
Bone Broth
Bone broth is a mineral and amino acid-rich infusion made by boiling bones of healthy animals with vegetables, herbs and spices. I often refer to bone broth as nature’s multivitamin because it is full of an array of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, collagen and gelatin.
I encourage you to make your own broth, using bones from grass-fed or pasture-raised animals.
If you’re not able to make your own broth, I like Brodo but there are also a number of other reputable brands in the US.
I recommend drinking 8-12 ounces of bone broth a day.
FLEX
Bamboo Liners
The truth is that many of us like to wear a backup, no matter what product is your go-to. Using Flex’s bamboo liners makes sense for that extra layer of protection to keep you worry-free throughout the day!
Made with a natural 100% bamboo cover, Flex’s ultra thin liners aren’t just a period staple; they’re an everyday essential to keep you feeling fresh, confident, and comfortable. The absorbent layer is air-infused to rapidly lock in leaks and drips, while natural bamboo fiber helps to maintain dryness and prevent odor without any fragrances or deodorants.
Brooke Scheller
How to Eat to Change How You Drink
Trapped in alcohol’s addictive grip, Dr. Brooke Scheller wanted a way out. For her, total sobriety was the answer to her problem, which she achieved by applying her skills as a doctor of nutrition, pairing her knowledge of nutrition with other integrative therapies to eliminate alcohol for good. Seeing the success in herself, she shifted her practice to help inspire others to explore a lifestyle with little to no alcohol.
How to Eat to Change How You Drink is a revolutionary guide to leverage food and nutrition to reduce or eliminate alcohol consumption, develop mindfulness, and promote a healthier relationship with alcohol. Working through the book, readers will identify their drinking archetype and then learn the types of nutritional changes they can make to reduce alcohol cravings alongside behavior modification; they’ll learn how alcohol affects their nutritional status and can contribute to health symptoms ranging from fatigue, to hormonal imbalances, digestive irregularities, weight gain, thyroid disorders, autoimmune diseases and more; and they’ll restore their nutritional status and repair key body systems after moderate to heavy alcohol consumption.
This book will change the way we think about and address alcohol intake in our society– through the lens of nutrition.
EPSOAK
Magnesium Sulfate Epsom Salt
Magnesium sulfate, otherwise known as epsom salt, is formed by combining magnesium, sulfur, and oxygen. The magnesium and sulfate in Epsom salt have anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce pain and swelling. This type of magnesium is known to relax sore muscles and joints, and relieve aches and pains, including menstrual cramps.
It can also soothe skin conditions. As with other forms, it has a calming effect and may help to reduce feelings of stress. Magnesium sulfate also has a laxative effect and may support bowel movements. Use epsom salts in a bath or foot bath a few times a week or as often as you’d like.

EMILY NAGOSKI & AMELIA NAGOSKI
Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle
Burnout. Many women in America have experienced it. What’s expected of women and what it’s really like to be a woman in today’s world are two very different things—and women exhaust themselves trying to close the gap between them.
With the help of eye-opening science, prescriptive advice, and helpful worksheets and exercises, all women will find something transformative in these pages—and will be empowered to create positive change. Emily and Amelia aren’t here to preach the broad platitudes of expensive self-care or insist that we strive for the impossible goal of “having it all.” Instead, they tell us that we are enough, just as we are—and that wellness, true wellness, is within our reach.
