Deep Blue
During your period, you can use a dōTERRA product called Deep Blue, which combines peppermint, eucalyptus, menthol and copaiba (an anti-inflammatory and pain relieving ingredient).
It comes in both a lotion and a rub form, both can be found through the link below. Just keep whichever version of the product you’d prefer in your cart and remove the other. If you’re applying Deep Blue on yourself I’d suggest the rub, but if someone is helping you the stick might be a better option so they don’t get it on their hands.
