Vaginal Steaming 101 Protocol
Vaginal steaming, also known as v-steaming, yoni steaming or womb steaming, is a traditional self-care practice that has been practiced by many cultures around the world for centuries. It involves sitting, squatting or kneeling over a pot of boiled water (often infused with herbs) and exposing the vulva to the steam from the water.
It is often practiced during the postpartum period, but is also commonly used to help or improve many menstrual and hormone-related problems. Some of these include menstrual cramps, long or short cycles, vaginal infections, fertility problems, brown blood before, during or after periods, premenstrual spotting, heavy periods and even low libido.
This protocol is taught by Certified Women’s Health Coach and Fix Your Period Collective Founder Nicole Jardim.
